A writer's inspirations, more
often than not, come from the places he or she has found on what the poet Robert Frost called, “The Road Less Traveled By.” Each Sunday in “A Writer’s Moment,” I
hope to share a scene from such places. This week: My view from the Cambria summit in the Wyoming
Black Hills. It brought to mind a quote from the Lakota Chief Standing Bear:
“There is a road in the hearts of all of us, hidden and seldom traveled, which leads to an unknown, secret place."
